T wave changes in hypokalemia: ST depression with flattened T waves and increased U wave prominence. The U waves can exceed the amplitude of T waves. In severe hypokalemia T waves can become inverted.

A 68 y/o man presented to ED with syncope, constipation, fatigue, polyuria and polydipsia.
