Pericardial calcifications

This chest X-ray is from a 45 yo male presenting with heart failure symsptoms. X-ray clearly shows pericardial calcifications over the right  and left heart border (arrows). He underwent detailed echocardiography and cardiac catheterization. Constrictive pericarditis was diagnosed and pericardiectomy was performed.
