Pericardial calcification in a patient presenting with right heart failure symptoms

0 1 268 10 months ago

The presence of pericardial calcification by chest X-ray, especially in conjunction with the appropriate clinical presentation, is highly consistent with constrictive pericarditis but its absence can not rule-out constrictive pericarditis. You can see preoperative X-ray showing calcification on the left and postoperative on the right panel.
