Narrow QRS tachycardia

This patient is a 68 y/o man presenting to the ED multiple times in the last month with palpitations. ECG shows narrow QRS tachycardia with the rate of 115 bpm under treatment of metoprolol 200 mg. 3D Electroanatomic mapping showed cavotricuspid isthmus dependent atrial flutter. CTI lineer ablation abolished the arrhythmia
