Inferior STEMI

A 82 yo man presents with chest pain in the retrosternal area for the last 1 hour. ECG shows ST elevation in lead II, III and aVF and reciprocal changes in lead I and aVL. There is also nonspesific intraventricular conduction abnormality with qrs duration of 160 msec. Primary PCI was performed to critical stenosis in right coronary artery.

Diagnosis:  Certain
