1st degree AV block

An asymptomatic male patient with history of hypertension. ECG shows sinus rhythm with PR interval of 240 msec. It is 1st degree AV block reflecting delayed conduction from the atrium to the ventricle (defined as a prolonged PR interval of >200 milliseconds) without interruption in atrial to ventricular conduction.

Diagnosis:  Certain
